Who are NCA and what do you do?

We consult for independent Gym Owners to grow and scale their businesses. We have worked with 700+ gyms since 2018 (to see a bunch of testimonials scroll down this page a bit). We solely work with gyms/fitness facilities running group training.

What happens on the business audit call?

We’ll get an in depth understanding of your business, what you do for your marketing, sales, pricing, group training model, fulfilment, client ascension etc. With a deeper understanding of that we’ll then strategise with you to identify any current constraints and give you an action plan so you can leave with clarity on how to grow your business. You will literally be advised like one of our personal clients in a live coaching session. 

Why do we offer this for free and not make any offers to buy our program on the call - what do we get from it?

A few reasons. Firstly, its awkward. You don’t like being pitched to (there's enough of that in your newsfeed right now), and we hate hard selling of any kind! Secondly, in our experience of running audit calls like this since 2018, you’re likely to be one of two types of people...

Either 1 - you’ve been seeing our stuff for a while and you’re super interested in seeing what we do and how we could help you further and so this starts that conversation.

Or 2 - you’re newer to us and maybe not ready to work with anyone right now, BUT would find some solid free advice really helpful, and if you make some money from it that may open up the door to work with us in the future.

Also, we believe in good KARMA and actually enjoy helping gym owners like you, so even if we never go any further together, helping you help more people is not wasted time to us! 

Is there something to buy later on, and what is the catch?

There is literally no catch. Just a free call to talk business, during which we'll give you our best advice based on exactly where you’re at, and where you take your business to.
